Did the C25k 3 years ago and then lapsed. I’ve set myself a target myself a target of walking/running 1000 miles this year (2.74 miles per day) and I thought C25k the rematch could really help. So after 100 miles walking in Jan I did my week 1 run one today. Hard but fun (maybe) looking forward to being back in the forum - I loved it last time
