I completed it!!! I’m so proud. I was so nervous because I didn’t believe I could actually run for 20mins hahaha feel I could improve onit before I move on to week 6 so going to do run 3 until I’m confident and don’t feel like I’m struggling atal. Who would have thought that I could run for 20mins I used to dislike running so much and now I’m really starting to enjoy it 😄

Stay nice and slow for W6R1, which catches out more people than any other run in the programme.

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

If you completed it why not move on ?

You will be physically ready , that's how the program works !

I did have a rest day, just completed week 6 run 3 and oh my god I struggled for some reason!

Well done, just keep the pace down on these continuous runs , So you always have enough left in the tank to finish !

And keep hydrated .
