As 2021 draws to a close we decided it was time to get that little bit healthier. The Couch to 5K App worked a treat and after 9-weeks we have now completed the 27 - yes 27 runs - with the help of the wonderful Jo Wiley as our virtual coach. And yes Jo Wiley we ran outside all 27 times, with no treadmills used at all.

With a blend of walking, running, techniques to keep going - and not gasping for breathe after week 1. Building up from 1 minute of running to 30 minutes non stop has been an amazing achievement. Now actively look forward to two 30 minute runs each week.
