I finished Couch to 5K on 18th December and have been running with the Stepping Stones track 3 times a week since then.

I believe I can claim a badge. Is this how I do it??

We have a new 'Badge Request' post every month in the pinned area, but not to worry, I have awarded you your badge - massive congratulations!!!

The badge is a virtual one, which shows up as the word 'Graduate' next to your name when you post or comment in the C25K forum.

I recommend that you read through the information linked in the Badge post though - follow the link given to you by Oldfloss xxx
