Finished Couch to 5k in March and happy to say I’m still enjoying running. I don’t run competitively, I’m not bothered by times (just enjoying being able to run) but this morning I ran my best 5k ever and realised I’ve shaved nearly 5 mins of the time of my first ever 5 k. Couch to 5 k is one of the best things I’ve ever done.

Still Enjoying Running
Well done! It becomes a habit, doesn't it?
Keep running, keep smiling.
Totally agree C25k is brilliant. I started inthe first lockdown last year and am still out plodding away . Have you had a look over on the Bridge to 10k forum. Even more information and inspiration in the posts!
Personally, I have always thought that doing 5K "faster" is not my goal - but doing it "easier" is. There was a time ( now a long time ago) where even the thought of running 5k was ludicrous - but then I was able to do it, even though it was still hard. My goal has therefore to be able to run 5k easily at the drop of a hat - I did achieve that goal, but as I have aged over the past 8 years, it has got a bit "less easy" . But at age 75 , I can still do it provided I don't do anything stupid - and that is more than I can say for almost all of my peers. Some of my peers are of course much more capable than me - but I don't compare myself with them
Well done Tilsch, just the kind of post I like to read to keep me motivated. Thank you for putting it out there and keeping me in a good frame of mind.
