Completed tonight π yay. I took on board all advice, read the links and was ready. I paced myself and did it, but it was still tough and I have to say, I was quite pleased when Laura said only 60 seconds to go. But I'm still on a high from W5R3 and still grinning, well, the left side of my face grins, unfortunately the right side is paralysed. See, there's even an emoji for people like me π. W6R2 here I come πββοΈ

Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 6, you took it slow and steady and heeded the advice from all the links, only one more run with interval walks and runs, then from run 3 of week 6 it's non stop running.
Hi AlMorr. Looking forward to building up more stamina. I didn't even know I had calf muscles until a couple of weeks agoπ . My son is an ex royal marine and is super super fit and gives me lots of encouragement. Our aim, no matter how slow I am, is for us to go for a run together. Watch this space π
