I missed a day as our household is full of rotten colds and I really wasn’t feeling great. I forced myself out today however and actually feel like I’ve sweated some of it out however it wasn’t as easy as the previous one. I’m assuming that’s because I’ve been unwell. If I didn’t find it as ‘enjoyable’ or ‘easy’ as the previous, should I repeat a run before moving on to Week 3?

You can of course repeat any runs you want , However , there really is no need .It is of course a progressive training plan so you may feel this as you progress but as long as you completed a run then you will be physically ready for the next one !
Hey well done you for getting out i still haven't done week 2 run 2 yet I started a new job this week and its more demanding than I realised I have 3 days off and I promised myself I would go out yesterday and tomorrow but I missed yesterday because of back pain and some knee trouble and I will probably miss today too. I think I just need to re adjust to my new job and then I will be fine. If you don't feel ready to move on stick with this weeks runs until you feel ready I think that's what I'll be doing x
