So disappointed…. was doing wk 7 run 2 this evrning, and the app stopped 19 mins in (warm up included in this), but I didn’t realise at the time so kept running, and running and running. I’ve abs no idea how long I ran for😞
I’m exhausted tonight, so thinking of taking two days off and repeating the run on Friday, do you think this a good approach??
