Just completed W9r2 best run yet, it was only a few weeks ago I was exhausted after a run but now it feels like I've just been out walking to the shops . Good luck everyone with your runs this week.

You most certainly are turning this running thing into a walk in the park. You are doing brilliantly and the next run you are finished ... Your body has appears to have adapted to it very well and I bet you feel healthy ! Good luck for the final run of this part of the journey .

I remember my W9R2 was a magnificent run, first time through C25K and I expected my graduation run to be equally triumphal. Because of my impatience, I did my grad run on a Friday evening, after a long hard week at work and it was a tough old slog.

Setting up your graduation run to be memorable for the right reasons is well worth the effort.
