That great feeling of finishing!

Like many of you before me, I now have that great feeling of having finished the 9 week programme!!

I had so little faith in myself to begin with, I only bought some £5 trainers from a well known budget shop! I didn’t think I would make it past two weeks! I think my first graduation present to myself has to be some decent trainers- I want to carry on and I don’t want to waste on Compeed what I’ve “saved” on trainers!!

Congratulations 🥳 and if you can invest in some running socks you may save a fortune on blister plasters, some of the big supermarkets have their own blister plasters at a fraction of the price too, I suffered badly when we first started running but running socks changed my running life
