We are all capable of doing way more than our bodies are conditioned to do, but not without increasing our injury risk. Sticking to gently progressive training plans is the safest way to push our limits, whilst gently increasing our resistance to injury.
Injury often strikes out of the blue and can stop you for days, weeks or even months.
I suppose it depends on lot's of factors.. your level of fitness when you began the program? Your age?
Do you train on non run days?
you are asking should you take it easy moving forward..
How did you feel on your last few runs?
If you are just starting out, you are doing really well.. congratulations, if you are having to ask , then our advice would always be.. slow down.. building on stamina.. 😊
My fitness at the start was ok on a bike, but I found running hard. Have been bike riding almost daily. I'm going to slow down. Try not to get over confident and injured.
