No, I didn't have the runner's trots lol (I really must control my sense of humour, way too juvenile for a mature woman like me!!)
My first post graduation run today. It was lovely, somehow very freeing not being told what to do despite the fact I did the exact same run I was doing last week. During the second half of the run I decided to go faster for the choruses of the songs I was listening to and realised, from some reading around that I'd done, that maybe this was a fartlek?
