Final (and most comfortable) 25 minute run

Got out around 9am this morning for today’s run. I was worried I maybe should of set off a bit earlier with the hot weather but was surprised that I wasn’t too hot and it was far less muggy than my run on Sunday!

A tiny bit slower than Sunday’s run but not too worried about that, it felt more comfortable and my legs/breathing felt the best they had over the three 25 minute runs. Definitely feel like my runs have improved this week.

Two 27 minute runs now to finish the week and have planned them in for Thursday and Sunday respectively. Looking very hot later this week and won’t be able to get out early at all this week due to starting work early in the morning. Have read some great tips on this forum about how to beat hot weather running so will be taking it very steady and making sure i’m well hydrated. Won’t complain too much as I love the hot weather - just not so much when running!!

Time: 25:02, Distance: 3.77km, Av. Pace: 6’38”
