Error Message "you need to download trainer audio files"

Hi,

My couch to 5k app keeps coming up with a message saying "You need to download trainer audio files"

I have cancelled app and restarted numerous times but still comes up with this message when I am about to start a new run. It worked fine for 5 weeks.

Any help would be grateful.

Which app are you using?

I am not sure what the old one was but I deleted that one and downloaded the 7.6.2 and it takes you through the download for the voice over but when I select any run that message comes up and then freezes the app.

Hi, yes tried that several times.

Suggestion: change voices in the app to one you don't want, then change it back to the one you actually want. It looks like a bug in the app.

Hi,I had this same problem yesterday. I had to delete the app, reinstall and then pick a different voice because the one I had been using for 8 weeks is no longer there! It then crashed at 28 minutes and I had to do the same thing all over again...very frustrating especially on wk8 r3 and right near the end. I hope it's sorted for you now... happy running
