So I have tried running on my own with just music playing. Have found it so hard and miss Laura! So have decided to go back to wk6. I know I can do it but need Laura’s motivation

Some of us feel a bit lost after we graduate, consolidate and find the pinned consolidation post, you might like Nike Run Club app as it has loads of guided runs

Try this: itunes.apple.com/gb/podcast.... It really worked for me. There are another couple of podcasts too. One on stamina. Have a look for them. I found it fun to ‘free run’ and set off and went anywhere. Found all sorts of interesting local places. If I ran too far, I either walked back, or Jeffed it back. Then I looked up local trails and ran those. Then Bridge to 10km if you fancy giving that a go.

I just graduated and keep playing week 9 runs with Laura again for now, while listening to podcasts. I cant quite manage without her but the podcasts can get so interesting, I get involved, forget the running, and Laura pops in every 5 mins or so. It might help.

Yes I redid week 9 for a few weeks and then tried music, podcasts and audio books. I flit between them all now and also try to have the occasional mindful run without anything in my ears at all. Have fun out there!
