I’ve just finished my last run of C25K and have to say I’m very proud of myself as I’m very overweight. I managed to just hit 3k in the 30 minutes so I’m pleased and it gives me such a boost to move on and increase my distance. I think I’m going for distance rather than pace due to my size but if please let me know if you think that’s not the best way.

I would increase in whichever way you think is best for you. I think some people naturally pick up pace & some prefer to increase distance.
