I’ve a smile ear to ear.. feels so brilliant to be able to jog 30 minutes and begin to enjoy it! I can’t wait to do my first post run. A fantastic programme! Thank you for the support.

Thank you. You will do it. I was amazed and delighted to do 5 mins, then 8 minutes and so on. Doing 20 seemed crazily insane but it can be done. The programme is superb. Advice and guidance on this forum could not be better. Don’t forget to enjoy the runs 🦋🌸
