Hi fellow over 65 joggers indeed all joggers , I’ve just hacked my way around the first jog of week 9 couch to 5K 😃 but a memo to myself (my common sense that eluded me today ) don’t jog in the middle of the day in sunny weather ... even if you are as slow as I am .... 😅😅😅😅😂😂 I now love the rain ☔️ 😂

From now on listen to the weather forecast, if it is going to be warm, run as early as possible, best temperatures for running is in the 50's F/10 to 15C, good luck for your graduation run hopefully in cooler conditions.

Thankyou 😊 I’m not an early bird so evening jog will probably be the best time for me

Love the rain and the cold. If it’s above 10 c when I start out, I know it’ll be too warm and I’ll look like a beetroot by the end 🌤❌ 🌦✅
