felt ok this morning ....kit was out and able to get changed without thinking and out the door...legs were still lethargic for the first 10 minutes but I have increased my water intake so hopefully that will ease as the runs get longer...even managed to do a little sprint in the last 60 seconds and hoping that will boost my stamina in the future...the running is helping me mentally it just gives that kick start to motivating yourself to achieve something...if you have just started and feel like giving up please don't, you don't need to be fast or see how many miles you have done, just put one foot in front of the other and enjoy the small victories along the way...have a great day :-)
