Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any experience of doing couch to 5k with post covid fatigue? I had nearly finished the programme in October before I got covid but started from the beginning this week, which wasnt as challenging as I thought and I did feel a bit more energised after but unsure long-term how helpful it may be thanks
