So after a few weeks off due to adverse weather conditions, I started again from week 5. Steady progress and got in the groove again. Completed W9R3 this morning! Feeling good but a little deflated..what next? Really pleased with my progress. Feeling much healthier and have been bitten by the running bug.

Congratulations on completing the programme and no reason to feel deflated - this is just the beginning of your running journey after all!
The links that IannodaTruffe has posted will help you decide where you want to go next but just take a few weeks to consolidate what you have achieved and appreciate how far you have come.
Then you can start to look at whether you want to work on pace or distance or try running on different terrain (trails for example😍). There are also plenty of virtual challenges out there at the moment (whilst we wait for the return of Parkrun and other mass events) - so when you’re ready you can check out sites like:

Its great that you have enjoyed the programme and I know it can seem strange not having that ‘voice’ in your ear. Many like to use the Nike Run club app or listen to podcasts whilst running. For me, nothing beats my favourite playlists!

What’s next is entirely up to you, you can work on gradually increasing distance or improving your 5k time if you’re reaching 5k. The Nike Run Club App is good for your consolidation runs, you’ve got coached runs of various times and distances, it keeps a nice record of your stats and best of all it’s free 😁

Whoop whoop! Well done, it's a bit scary when you finish but the mods have got it all worked out....
