The snow has been a welcome change, but I am now geeting itchy running feet! Our road and footpaths are very very icy and even walking has been treacherous. However it has given me time to realise how much I love my running and can't wait to get back to it.Since graduation I manage at least one 5k per week and usually 2 other runs of anything between the 3 and 5k.As we head towards spring I am hoping to increase the distance.Still not quick but I now feel like a runner!

Those are good distances, spring won’t be long and running with warmer air to breathe is bliss

Hi rosie2shoes! It sounds as though you have a good routine going there, brilliant. I’m looking forward to spring too, it’d be nice to not be freezing every time I venture out. Happy running 🏃♀️!

Yeah, roll on spring 🙏😃👍🤗🐇🌹🌷🌝
Til then we do what we can but slower 😃👍. Speed is not of the essence. It’s well off the agenda. Enjoy the slow runs. They’re gorgeous 😍
You’re going well Rosie but yes it’s soooooo icy out there! It’ll be nice when it thaws, like you I can’t wait to get going again now, it’ll be nice too once the Pier is open again, soon be Springtime 🌼🤗
