After much dithering about how to undertake the next run after graduation I decided that I would just keep doing the C25k week 9 runs so that I can listen to the encouragement and know exactly where I am (I find I need consistency) as I go along, is this okay for the runs or will I need to do something more to help with the consolidation runs. I figured it was better to do this than not getting out due to indecision.😱😀

That sounds ideal. We define consolidation on this forum as continuing with 30min/5k runs (whichever you achieve during the plan) until you are comfortable with that, BEFORE increasing duration, distance or pace, as explained in the guide to post C25K running.

Thank you I will continue with listening to week 9 for a few more weeks have done 2 runs so far😀
