I went outside yesterday!
Sunday I snowed quite a bit (at least for here in Belgium) and the snow froze. So you have these thick patches with frozen snow, mixed with slippery spots were water froze. Yesterday it was -6°C when I went out (according to my weather app it felt like -13°C) and I LOVED IT!! I did go very slow, even more slow than normal which is already SLOW and I kept to very small steps and keeping the feet close to the ground as I had read. And actually, running this way felt easier than walking in these weather conditions. I did 2,90 km in 30 minutes, which is about 400 meter less than I normally do in 30 minutes. But I enjoyed it sooooo much. Did not put any music on, did not care about my steps per minute, I just relaxed and enjoyed myself. I made some nice pictures, adding them here...

Only if it is snow on snow, for me, and not on top of ice. Also, try to run on softer areas, i.e. not pavements etc where there may be hidden ice. The NHS don't need us runners littering the place up :)Steady and slow and it can be really exciting and invigorating.

I have the same question! 🙋🏻♀️I didn't run last night. I wanted to but thought it might be a bit dangerous with any frozen snow underneath. I'll see what others say too on this post.

Yep I do, fresh snow is great to run in! Be wary around ice and take it steady and you will be fine.
