From week 1 to week 9 what a difference I did not believe after my first 60 second run of wheezing and puffing that I could ever reach my goal of completing C25K but by following this excellent plan, stretching and knee exercises and all the encouragement from this community I find myself at the end of week 9 and have run for 30 minutes what an achievement. Onwards and upwards can't stop now π Keep on going everyone if I can do it anyone can πββοΈπ
