Looking forward to my third run this evening for a hit of endorphins, the day off in between is a drag but I know it’s necessary

If you want to be the best runner that you can be then do strengthening exercises on your rest days.

A good workout will get the endorphins flowing. Pop over to the Strength and Flex forum (run by C25K graduates) to get advice on what to do. It is not all about legs.

Thanks, yes I’ve arranged to do upper body work with a friend of mine on my days off starting tomorrow as I thought I need to fill the gap.....thanks for the support👍🏼👌🏼
