Week 4 run 1 started and smashed of C25K, a bit touch today but never stopped i kept on going all the way, chuffed with my this afternoon, now for a light snack and a drink of water..πββοΈπββοΈππ..

That's a great job Stocksy67 finding it tough? Check that pace are you going a bit too quick? Slow up perhaps you ideally should be able to run at a pace allowing brief conversation, stay hydrated before you run. That'll help with energy levels as well π
