You can. You absolutely can. We all felt the same. Talk to yourself like youβd talk to your best friend (nicely and positively!). And go slow. Slow and steady.

Thank you everyone for assuring me. I have been unwell for last 3 years, jobless due to health. Therefore I really want to get back my fitness this year so that I can get back to my life again.
Just as another way to look at it... even if you did find yourself stopping or walking before the end of a run segment, you'll have gained so many worthwhile things from the attempt... and you get to have another go in a couple of days.
