I can't hear the narration when I have music on so keep missing the instructions. Any ideas how to turn up Jo Wiley??!

Hi, when I use the app whenever Sarah speaks then the volume of my music goes down so I can hear her. I wonder if there is a setting on your device that you need to make to allow this to happen? What device are you using?

Hi. I have Samsung S10e. Thanks for the link. Unable to locate trainer/workout voice volume in settings.

I have the same phone and mine works. There are no trainer /workout voice volumes in the c25k app - the instructions are for a different app. I wondered if any of the device specific (rather than app specific) advice might be helpful eg turn off do not disturb and airplane mode.

What music app do you use maybe there is a setting in there?

I've also just seen in a different thread the advice to start your music playing before you open the c25k app.

The app should turn down the music automatically when they speak

I had this the other day with my Bluetooth earphones - eventually worked it out. For me I had to go to my connected devices on bluetooth and select my earphones, then turn off the setting "HD audio: AAC" and it started working again. I didn't have this problem with my previous earphones but discovered it on my new ones so I'm guessing it's specific to certain ones. Good luck!

Thanks Mike, I don't appear to have this option on my phone.
