CR 1 done ✅

So after a disaster of an attempt on Thursday today went much better just kept it really slow to get back into it and sticking to the 30 mins consolidation and then pushing up off that! Going to keep at the snail pace for about 5 runs before upping the to a snail who has had a spoonful of coffee speed 🐌 ☕️ 😁 x

I like the idea of snail with a spoonful of coffee. I think I’m still doing that 3 months later!
