Hello, I wish you well in your progress. The podcasts with Laura can be used just for walking and ignore the instructions for the running bits. The music sets a good pace and Laura provides motivational comments. I used the podcast for a brisk walk before trying out the actual running
The one you app is better as you can have your own music on
