I'm normally a very warm person. My treadmill is out in an unheated conservatory. When I run on the treadmill, I always have a separate fan blowing full blast as I get so hot. Just lately, about 1 hour after any of my runs/exercise (treadmill or outdoors) I get extremely cold? Is there a reason for this? I went to the doctor for my flu jab and on checking my temperature before they would let me enter they said my temperature was very low 35.4? Any ideas?

Being cold after a run is a known issue for some runners and if you do an internet search you can find many conversations about it.The most likely cause seems to be low blood sugar.
I found this too when I first started running. I’d end up in the bath and then hug a hot water bottle! I googled it eventually and found information as already shared by IannodaTruffe. I’m not diabetic but definitely experienced the sugar drop. I began to make myself a postrun hot chocolate and that helped. It phased out eventually but I still have a hot drink and biscuits after a cold run.

I get cold after a run, too. I make sure I'm not hanging around in my damp kit for too long and jump in a hot shower to warm up and get dressed after with my thermal socks on and a few layers. It helps! I hadn't considered it might be low blood sugar so that is interesting as I mostly always run on an empty stomach and come back for my breakfast 🤔I will watch that and have a banana or similar as soon as I get in to see if that helps.

It is a strange thing as I have the same. Post run get in shower or bath and really don't want to get out! So cold!! But it soon goes and then the tiredness kicks in instead!!
