I did it. Completed it.. took me 11 weeks due to a buggered ankle in week 7 and so just under 2 weeks rest as a result. Still hot sweaty and puffing... don't quite feel like I'm a runner but i have proved myself wrong and completed it! Now need to get up to 5km!
