I started a journey on 12 July 2019 at 28 1/2 stone as of now I am 15 stone 10 lb so I have lost 12 stone 11 lbs
So 9 weeks ago I felt comfortable to try c25k and I completed it which I never thought I would. So now I am running 5k every other day till 31st of December where for charity iam going to run 5k for 10 days straight which will be a massive achievement for my so iam super proud of myself. I am 39 years young and it’s took my long enough to sort myself out thanks for reading

Blimey - they are both great achievements. You must be chuffed with both. Good luck with the charity consecutive day runs - sounds to me like once you make a decision to do something you just get it done so “Well done” in advance 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Many congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.
I honestly cannot recommend that a new runner runs on ten consecutive days...........it will hugely increase your injury risk and could stop you for days, weeks or even months.
