Just one more run then no more intervals of walking! In some ways that’s easier. Yes, the runs are getting longer, but just approach them in exactly the same way! Slow and steady. You are doing all the groundwork to build your stamina. Even the walking helps!
Well DTC 👏🏻👏🏻Week 6 is a tough one that a lot underestimate, but you did it 💪🏻🏃♀️ the speed at which you did it isn’t important at all, snail pace is absolutely fine, well done 🐌 👍
You don’t have to do all 3 in a week, if you need an extra rest day take one, you’ll do fine, slow and steady and remember to get your breathing right, nice steady deep breaths ok 👍
I m a slow and steady member too. I often think too slow. Carrying out on a treadmill i know how slow I’m going. Do you? Would you be willing to share? Often think I would be quicker walking. 🤣🤣
