Running trainer recommendations

Anyone recommend good running trainers?? I’m about to restart couch to 5k & thought I’d invest 😬 thanks

I can’t recommend a specific shoe as our feet will be different! Have you thought about having gait analysis/going to a running shop? They are normally very helpful and knowledgeable. Consider whether you will be trail running, road running or cross country before buying 😊
