Graduation Day

Well well well here we are.... my 47 year old overweight body has done it. I have graduated after 9 weeks and officially a runner. 2 stone lighter and motivated to keep going to get the remaining 2 stone off. Thank you for all for your encouragement. this non runner can do it anyone can 👏👏👏👏

Well done! Two stone lighter - wow - is that combined with consciously healthier eating or just running? From back here at end of wk 3 graduation seems like a distant goal 😀

Thank you! Yes I started to eat healthier just before starting c25k. Its so true that combining both gives result....I am now a believer 🙂

My husband didnt believe I could get to week 3 and I have proved him wrong. Keep going . Its all in the mind x
