And in this birds case, I ‘caught’ a 28 minutes run.
I had training allll day today, so I got up early and went for a run at 7.30am....aside from the pavement being slippy from frost/Ice I really liked running at this time. It was quiet and peaceful at that time.... because the sludge and puddles had frozen over it was so much easier to run than when it was wet. .. I’m very pleased with myself. Fingers crossed the next run is the same

Well done HC, it’s nice running first thing in the morning. You’re doing great, well done on your 28 min run, your fitness and stamina have increased and you seem a lot more confident now, keep up the good work 👍
The early bird gets the worm.....but the late mouse gets the cheese 🧀 🐭 😂
Go Hattie, so close at 28mins I am sure you can almost taste it. I always run in the mornings and I love that I have the world just a little bit more to myself than the rest of the day.
I also have a running footpath beside the sea so it doesn't freeze so I haven't had to watch out for ice, which sounds a bit worrying but nothing can stop you now.
