W7R3 again....but my first ever solo run outside! Only pavement pounded twice before but with my partner so was super nervous but I did it! Might now have to ditch the dodgey treadmill and get outside more often! Yay me! 🎉🎉🎉

I know there are many reasons people use a treadmill, at least to begin with. But you can't beat the sound of leather on willow, sorry that's cricket I mean leather on concrete. (Do running shoes contain leather?) Plus you get fresh air and the added bonus of Leicester Forest East.
