Hiya all!! I graduated this summer and then had a period of about 5 weeks where I didn’t run at all from September to October. Now I’m back on a few runs a week and consistently running a 5k each time.
But not really sure where to go from here? My 5k time seems to be plateauing at around 32-36 minutes and I can’t beat my own personal record of when I first reached 5k in June! How do I work on improving my speed? Do I need to wait until the 5k itself feels easy?
