Getting there steadily!

I started from scratch six weeks ago and have managed to keep to the programme exactly as written - so wk6 run3 completed on schedule. No-one is more surprised at this than me! 25 minutes run and 2.7k covered. I am not going to try and increase my speed to reach 5k just yet - just aim to reach the 30 minutes at the end of wk9. Then I can work on increasing speed:-)

A totally brilliant way to complete C25k Mustbe, it's not about achieving 5k in 30 minutes some do some don't, the aim is to get you running for 30 minutes then like you've said build on that base you've established 👍

Great stuff! You’ve now got graduation clearly in your sights, and steady is what will help get you there. You’re doing brilliantly. Just stay focused on the build up to 30 minutes. (You could even just choose to ignore all the other factors for the moment.)

Well done, looks like you've got this in the bag, like everyone says, keep it slow, and you'll be fine, and much more enjoyable too, finish line almost there now! 😀
