Yes! W1R2 done and dusted. Setting off in the dark gave me total confidence to just get on with it and not be shy! The rain was an added bonus - I love rain :)

I’m doing this Mon, Weds, Fri.

Of a weekend I walk 6miles on a Saturday and cycle 23miles on a Sunday outdoors - as per usual.

I’m thinking of adding indoor bike Tues & Thurs as that’s gentle - thoughts, please...

As mentioned in the guide to the plan, any non impact exercise on rest days will be beneficial.When you run, the impact creates microtears in your muscles, which repair and strengthen on your rest days, not while running. Without rest, repair and strengthening are compromised and injury risk increased.

Walking and cycling are fine.
