That was hard - I rarely sweat but poured buckets today.

10 min warm up walk, 30.15 shuffle, 8.30 warm down.

I started just above my normal pace and knew by 10 minutes it was time to reduce it back to my normal pace which I continued up until 5 minutes to go. Then changed speeds up, down and up for the last 2 minutes just for a bit of variety.

Personally I think the 10 minute warm up walk is better for me than the 5 minutes. I don't think I should have done the online dumbbells class yesterday as I was aching before I started.

All in all ok, even better now I have my coffee.

Sounds like a good session, the temp is very mild today, not surprised your sweating a bit 🥵 it's funny really, my last two runs have been in the rain, so dont notice if i'm sweating, or not! 😂

Are you using any apps, with your runs now? 🤔

I'm still indoors on a treadmill at the moment. I seem to be scared/self conscious of running outside. I know it's stupid but I have been out for a couple of walks and used STRAVA. I manually enter my timings on there to keep a track on my snails pace progress. I haven't got any special watches or anything like that.

Your running, that's all that matters, doesnt matter, how fast, or whether your on a treadmill, or outside, we've all come along way, from those early runs, in week 1! I've done all mine outside, mostly in the evenings, after work, when it's pretty quiet, which i quite like.

Well done you, kept going even though it was hard👍 and listened to your body, fab. Another victory 👏👏. It's amazing the drive we have but then you've put in all that hard effort over the weeks. I've just come back from a run and it seemed really warm to me, l very rarely take my sports jacket off but the sleeves were getting rolled up pretty fast . Online dumbells class, have you been doing that for long? That sounds interesting....hmmmm. Hope the rest of your day is chilled. 🏃‍♀️🙋

It was my first go at dumbbells. I'm been watching it weekly and promised myself I'd give it a go some day, so I did. I wasn't very good and had to adapt some of the moves but ok. Getting a bit of DOMS now though.
