Finally got to do my W9R3! 🏃‍♀️ 🤩

It was made even better as it wasn’t meant to be today. I got home from work early and decided to just get changed and head out the door!

Congrats to all my fellow graduates that I’ve been following, you guys 100% spurred me on and kept my spirits up with my injury.

Today I felt like I could keep going to reach the 5K but I’ve trusted the process thus far so I finished with the 30 minutes. Any C25K-ers looking for advice, mine would be to trust the process. It works!

Thanks all commenters and admins and fellow runners for all the advice and encouragement!!

Now to go and get that beautiful badge! ❤️❤️
