Literally from Couch to 5K. Never in a million years would I thought I would’ve completed this course but today i did. I am so proud of myself.

I do feel better for doing the course and I do intend to keep running up as a hobby going forward. So much so that I’ve just ordered myself some nice new trainers (things must be serious).

Throughout the course there have definitely been days when I’ve not really been feeling it. I would’ve been quite happy to miss the run. But just by taking a look at this site and seeing some of the encouraging comments that people write it soon gets you back on track.

Ahhh thank you. Believe me, I had no idea I had it in me. But I do now know it’s about getting out and doing it. The distance can come whenever the time is right.
