After struggling through W6R1, I was dreading this run.

I actually found the first 10 minutes the hardest. The second 10 minute shuffle I seem to have got some kind of rhythm. I'm not saying it was easy but I didn't at any moment think I was going to give up. Could I have run another minute - maybe.

Well, that's the intervals over!! A bit scary. Just thinking back to W1R1 - I couldn't breath right, my legs were all over the place and hurting like mad. If took me ages to recover and now Week 6 Run 3 awaits on Thursday!!

Well done on r2, you'll be fine with the 25 min run, just keep it slow! 🐢🐢🐢

You got through it and that’s all that matters. It is a bit daunting when you know the intervals are over and it’s pure running now on. It always takes me a good 5 minute to settle into my pace. Don’t think I’ll be able to run till Friday, quite a gap since Sunday. Feel a bit sick thinking about it
