Been a week since I graduated from C25K and was looking forward to starting this section of my running development.

What I kept the same: Laura and BBC 6

What I changed: I didn’t include the walks in my Strava.

From that small change I’ve now got my first new goal-run 5K in the 30mins. I’m currently at 2.93 miles so it’s an achievable short term goal.

Oh... and picking up my Brooks trainers later after going for my gait analysis-I over pronate don’t you know!

Well done you , that 5k will be a pretty ‘short’ short term goal going by this run 👌

I hope so. I’m sure the next goal will appear afterwards... trying to keep my ambition in check as I’ve had a habit in the past of setting unreachable goals and then chucking in the towel x
