I'm curious to know what others do between runs and if you celebrate the end of each week?
I run/shuffle Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
After week 3 I started back at the gym. I go to 'socially distanced circuit training' on Mondays and Fridays - starts at 6.15 am! I always scan in using the NHS COVID-19 Ap.
During week 4 I purchased my first ever pair of running shoes and after Week 5 I bought myself a houseplant!!
Looking forward to the end of week 6 (can't believe I've got this far) but haven't got any plans for that yet!
Keep safe everyone.

I go for very brisk walks and sometimes do Tai chi (not so often since the classes were cancelled in March). It helps keep the body moving as you tend to stiffen up in the early days of C25k. I would really like to go for a swim . . .
Yes. I'd love to go swimming. They reopened the swimming pool next to the gym on Monday - I've thought about joining but really worried about the spread of COVID. You have to go already to go in the water i.e. swimming kit on under clothes. You leave your kit by the side of the pool. There is no access to showers but have changing rooms on the way out.
Yes our pool is similar, you have to book a slot, and it's a drive away, too much to think about! I did think about the sea in the summer but that's as far as I got, thinking about it, ha ha
