If you're looking for more guided/coached runs, I would recommend downloading the Nike running app. It's free!

It really is good isn't it! I

prefer knowing the distance covered and not how I'm doing for time as I felt the C25K was me 'clock watching' most of the time.

I've only tried one 'timed' guide which was the interview with Mo Farah which I found incredibly cheesy. Incredible man, incredible cheese :D

Yea, I should have mentioned the cheese factor and the fake Growth Mindset psychology, but still I like the idea of someone chatting to me.

Totally agree regarding Nike app. I like the way the talk syncs in with your running times. I also like the (paid for) Peloton digital app and I don’t even ride a stationary bike. Their Outdoor guided runs and power walks are brilliant plus they have warm up and cool down stretching. I like the running techniques the instructors provide, vastly more than the C25K.
