Finally after 2 long weeks I went for a run today. It wasn’t really in my plans as my mental health deteriorated over a few conflicts regarding my housing arrangements that quite frankly I need to solve once and for all.
Housing pains apart, running was the best decision ever. I managed 30 min and under the rain, at the beginning, you all know the dread. Knowing that that will pass after a few minutes I continued at a steady pace. I walked a couple of seconds to drink water but I never stopped. The difference in my mood is astonishing.

Well done for getting out there once again - excellent decision! It can be easy to de-prioritise running when there is a lot else on your plate as in your case. However, as you know, rather than being "just one more thing to do" it actually helps in ways we don't always think about (mental health) in making us stronger better prepared to face challenges.
I do hope that you get your housing worries sorted very soon. Meanwhile, please keep running, you know it makes sense!
